Here at Elements, we’re taking safety compliance very seriously. We have plexiglass partitions separating each workout station, sanitizing stations throughout the space, an updated HVAC system, smaller capacity, and longer periods of time between classes to allow for thorough sanitization. While we are operating at a lower capacity to remain within state COVID safety compliance, we highly recommend that you make a reservation rather than walking in since we have very limited space.
For expired classes, we charge a fee of $25.00 to renew classes past the package’s expiration date. Classes that expired prior to 2020 will not be renewed unless approved by management.
Reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to your class start time to avoid penalty. Any reservations canceled less than 12 hours before your class starts will be considered a late cancel and will result in the penalty of forfeiting the credit used to reserve the class or will incur a no-show fee if you hold a membership.

Private sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with no penalty with at least 24 hours notice. Within 24 hours, private clients will be charged a $50 penalty for canceled or rescheduled sessions and forfeit the credit.
