Our Head-to-Glow barre based fitness workouts deliver a results driven + client focused luxury experience. Elements Signature Classes combine barre, dance, and total-body fitness conditioning that gets results fast!


This barre/Pilates inspired class fuses ULTRA isometric exercises and interval training with the principles of yoga, strength conditioning, and Pilates core work. Based on Elements signature formula, all exercises are sequenced together to achieve increased strength and conditioning. Resistance bands, blocks, and mats are utilized during this class. Barre socks are required.

60% tone + 20% sweat + 20% stretch = 100% FABULOUS


A higher intensity formula pairing our signature toned class formula with non-stop cardio, strengthening, and conditioning sequences. This class includes work on and off the barre and is more challenging than our open level toned class. ​Barre socks are required.

50% tone + 50% strength = 100% FABULOUS


A high energy fitness based dance class that focuses on cardio-based interval training utilizing a choreographed warm-up, isometric floor work, and core building exercises. This class features high-intensity dance choreography, body sculpting, and core strengthening exercises to create a power-packed fitness experience.

60% sweat + 40% tone = 100% FABULOUS


This is a 55-minute stretching and strengthening class focused on lengthening and stretching. Utilizing resistance bands and the barre, we focus on elongating the major muscle groups and stretching the accessory/stabilizing muscles to achieve a long and lean physique. This class pairs well with our signature and advanced barre formats. Socks are required.

70% stretch + 20% tone + 10% strength = 100% FABULOUS


The Xpress Series comprises our most intense series classes in a modified format with 45 minutes of sweat, tone, dance and stretch. See results in no time! Give us 45 minutes and we’ll give you the world.


If you want to get toned in a hurry this 45-minute class fuses ultra isometric exercises and intense interval training with the principles of Ballet conditioning and Pilates core work. Based on Elements signature TONED formula, this express class gets you hot and sweaty while pulsing at the barre and burning on the mat. Barre* socks are required.

100% tone = 100% SEXY


Want to look Sexy AF? This 45-minute cardio dance class utilizes a high-energy, interval-based formula that includes a choreographed warm-up, isometric floor work, and core building exercises. Smoke up the mirror with our high-intensity dance merged with our ultra isometric exercises. Release your inner sexy and leave dripping in sweat. Sneakers are required.

80% sweat + 20% tone = 100% SEXY


Need to get sexy and toned in a hurry? This higher intensity sweat formula pairs our toned class formula with non-stop cardio HIIT conditioning sequences. Smoke up the mirrors while sculpting your best body. Barre* socks are required.

50% strength + 50% sweat = 100% SEXY


The ultimate cool down: this is a 45-minute stretching and strengthening class focused on lengthening, elongating, and releasing your best body. Utilizing resistance bands and the barre we focus on elongating the major muscle groups and stretching the accessory/stabilizing muscles to achieve a long and lean physique. Socks are required.

SUP Barre

Elements Barre SUP is a fun filled paddle board fitness class where we pair Elements signature barre exercises and core work with challenging SUP techniques. A true test of coordination, strength and endurance on the water! All work is done on the paddle board while on the water.

Team Elements throws the BEST Bach Bashes! You and your barre babes can join us at our studio in The Hamptons, or we can come to you for an in home or on location event! Add on a champagne toast, barre socks as a party favor, and post-barre snacks to take the experience to the next level.

Let us bring the barre experience to you! Your favorite Elements Trainer will bring all necessary equipment, from mats to weights and everything in between, to your home for a private, in home class.
