What to expect

What to wear

Wear comfortable form fitting activewear, similar to what you would wear to pilates or yoga. Barre socks are required for all Barre based classes, and athletic shoes are required for Dance based movement classes.

When to arrive

Arrive 15 minutes early prior to the start of your class to register and meet your instructor. You will also have time to learn more about our studio and check out our retail boutique. Water, barre socks, towels, etc, are available for purchase at the front desk. We also have packages and new client specials all available for purchase.

What to Expect

Expect to have fun and be welcomed into our community! Our front desk staff will walk you through everything you need to know about our classes and equipment needed. You’ll also meet your instructor who will ask you about injuries and past fitness experience. We will coach you through class and provide modifications when necessary! You’ll leave feeling longer, leaner, sweaty and inspired to join us again.

Setting up

Your instructor will walk you through all of our equipment and set you up at your barre station. No need to bring a mat, we have all of the supplies and equipment on hand for all class participants. All of our equipment is one use per client per day, so you will have a new setup of clean and sanitized equipment at the start of each class.
