Client Relations/Sales Associate & Management
(Upper East Side location)
Looking for energetic, friendly, sales driven, client relations specialists to join our team.
Responsible for opening and/or closing the studio, welcoming and checking in clients, with strong emphasis on sales including retail and class packages. Past fitness studio, MindBody/Mariana Tek, retail, hospitality experience a plus.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and direct all clients in a professional and warm manner
- Front End Sales
- Phones & Inbound Email Management
- Update & Manage member accounts
- Ensure Cleanliness of Studio; retail area, studio and bathrooms
- Assist management in daily task and projects
- Some Social Posting
Requirements:
- 2 plus years in Sales Experience ( Fitness, Retail or Hospitality)
- High school degree or equivalent ( College students and recent grads encouraged to apply)
- Love of fitness and wellness
- Self directed & Motivated
- Multitask in a calm and productive manner
- Ability to work in a fast past environment
- Problem solving
- Strong computer and digital skills- Google Drive/ MailChimp / Instagram/ Facebook/ Mac savvy
Must have reliable transportation to and from work, local housing & ability to commit to the entire season.
Barre, Dance, Pilates, & Group Fitness Instructors
(Upper East Side location)
Elements Barre Fit a boutique Health and Wellness company is currently looking for energetic barre instructors, pilates instructors and professional dancers interested in joining our fast growing team. Must possess a passion for fitness, be friendly/outgoing, and have a strong understanding of basic anatomy and kinesiology with the ability to lead safe and effective classes.
Professionals possessing current certification ACE, AFAA, or NASM are strongly encouraged to apply.
Brand specific training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Background in dance, Pilates, or group fitness strongly preferred
- Strong sense of musicality
- Sense of humor, empathetic, authentic, outgoing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to energize a full class of clients
- Ability to recognize different fitness levels and provide appropriate modifications
- Ability to create awesome and sensible playlist
- Availability to work a flexible schedule; morning, afternoon, weekends/holidays

Digital Content and Graphic Design Intern
(NYC and remote locations)
Elements Barre Fit is a growing fitness and wellness company redefining barre, dance, and stretch as total body fusion workouts. We feature studio locations in Manhattan and the Hamptons offering classes, private training, corporate wellness, and digital wellness solutions. We are looking to bring on an exceptional Digital Content and Graphic Design Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create digital and print promotional material
- Maintain and organize photo library
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
- Create and distribute digital content on social media
- Email marketing
- Interior/Exterior branded content for new locations
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator (additional Adobe CS programs a plus)
- Social media savvy
- Works well under pressure and short time frames
