Elements Barre + Sculpt

The Elements Barre Series is our signature Barre + Pilates inspired class formula. This revolutionary class fuses ULTRA isometric exercises and interval training with the principles of yoga, strength conditioning, and Pilates core work. Classes are high intensity and low impact, and quickly transform and reshape the body. Barre socks are required.

Elements Barre + Core

A Barre-inspired core strengthening & toning class focused on boosting the powerhouse of the body! This class features our signature Pilates mat sequencing combined with isometric exercises to strengthen the core and slim out the waistline

100% Sculpt = 100% FABULOUS

Elements Dance + Cardio + Sculpt

Elements Dance is a high energy fitness based dance series. This formula focuses on cardio-based interval dance training paired with signature sculpt and tone. We incorporate a choreographed warm-up and dance sequence with isometric floor work, light weights and core building exercises. Learn fun & easy choreography and basic dance technique while you sculpt and tone the body!

Elements Core + HITT

Barre/Pilates- inspired core work meets high intensity interval training both on the mat and at the barre. This class is designed to increase flexibility and build core strength, as well as challenge the body with High Intensity Interval Training exercises.

Elements Yoga Flow

The Elements signature Yoga series combines multiple different practices and is taught at an open level. Our classes are part flow and part exploring yoga asanas with attention to alignment and breathing. It is an opportunity for all yoga levels to practice together. With the use of props, the poses can become more challenging and at the same time available for beginners, intermediate and advanced students!
