Walking into a new fitness studio can feel intimidating—but it doesn’t have to be. Elements is built on an open, welcoming community where every body is celebrated. Our signature workouts are designed to be entirely low-impact, making them exceptionally safe on your joints while delivering an incredible deep-muscle burn. You do not need a background in dance, and you do not need to be incredibly flexible to start. Our highly trained local instructors walk you through every single setup, offering hands-on adjustments and modifications to ensure you feel strong, confident, and supported from your very first class.
While all our classes are beginner-accessible, our signature "Barre Sculpt" or "Pilates Sculpt" formats are fantastic entry points to learn the foundational alignment and breathing patterns.
Wear your favorite comfortable leggings and a workout top. Form-fitting clothes help our instructors see your alignment. Grip socks are required for safety and are available for purchase at the studio. We handle the rest—mats and props are fully provided.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class start time. This gives you plenty of time to check in, tour the studio, meet your instructor, and discuss any personal modifications, pre- or post-natal needs, or history of past injuries.
